How long does it take to register a company in Rwanda?
Most registrations complete in 7–14 business days from the moment we receive your details. We submit to RDB on your behalf — tax (TIN) and social security registration follow automatically — and you can track every step from your dashboard.
Do I need to travel to Rwanda to register or run my company?
No. The entire process is remote — document collection, filings, and certificate delivery all happen through the platform. If you need a local presence, our registered address and nominee director services cover it.
Can foreigners own 100% of a Rwandan company?
Yes. Rwanda allows full foreign ownership of local limited companies in almost all sectors, with no local shareholder requirement. We flag the few sector-specific licensing exceptions during onboarding.
What do I need to get started?
A proposed company name, your business sector, shareholder details, and a passport or national ID for each shareholder and director. The guided questionnaire takes about 5 minutes.
Are government fees included in your pricing?
Registration packages include our full service fee. Government charges (licence fees, notarisation, sector permits) are billed at cost and always quoted to you before we proceed — no surprises.
What happens after my company is registered?
Your compliance calendar goes live with every annual obligation pre-loaded — VAT, PAYE, WHT, corporate income tax, and RSSB filings. You get alerts before each deadline, and our bookkeeping and payroll plans can take the filings off your plate entirely.
